Already familiar to scene insiders and friends of Nordic music, Fejd steps into the spotlight to present their Napalm Records debut "Storm". The Swedish quintet, revolving around the brothers Rimmerfors, once again dedicates this latest offering to the myths and legends of their home country, appropriately cladding their tunes with a fitting garb. Through the use of drums, authentic Folk instruments, and strong clean vocals, Fejd is able to create tight and sweeping songs capable of enchanting the listener the first time around. Tracks like "Alvorna Dansar" and "Vid Jore" impressively demonstrate how original and authentic Nordic music should sound. Fejd is a Nordic Folk gem able to transport the listener to Sweden's fabled mythic world.
