Swedish Christian progressive doom metallers VENI DOMINE have issued the following update:

"After an intense band meeting with loads of stuff on the agenda we also agreed on having Gabriel [Ingemarson] back on bass. It was really a no brainer as he is the perfect match for the band both musically and personality-wise. After two years with stand-ins who did splendid work for the band, we're back to normal!

"We really want to thank the ones filling on for Gabriel: Ez Gomer, Peter Carlsohn, Gary Kusthoss and the live preformers Johannes Stiigh and last but certainly not least Andreas Olsson, who had to put up with us the most. We love you all and you will always have a special place in our hearts!!

"No we're just missing a keyplayer, but that's normal."

VENI DOMINE released its sixth album, "Tongues", on September 14. The CD was produced by the group's guitarist Torbjorn Weinesjo. VENI DOMINE's fifth album, "23:59", was released in February 2006 through Germany's MCM Music.
