7 years has past since DHG’s last release, and there are many expectations to long awaited ”Supervillain Outcast”.

The album will be releases in front of this year Inferno Metal Festival, where the band will perform for the first time in many years.
Dodheimsgard started out in the early 90’s, and have had several members been in and out. Among others well known Fenriz (Darkthrone) and Galder (Dimmu Borgir). However, this has given the band status, but also given the band vulnerability and contributed to long time recordings.

The bands style from the beginning was good old grim, Norwegian Black Metal, but when “666 International” was released in 2000, DHG took a huge turn, and made a big mark developing an avant-garde experimental Black Metal. On DHG’s new opus the band leader and song writer Vicotnik has focused on the songs and in an exciting way, wrapped the whole productions with small details and underlying mysteries.
