BMG/ Sanctuary is re-releasing all 16 Uriah Heep albums originally released in the 1970's and 1980's on Bronze Records on vinyl in October-November. These are - according to information available at the moment - single lp editions (excluding Uriah Heep Live that was a double vinyl also originally) with original album track listings pressed on 180 gram black vinyl.
First up are the earliest studio albums from Very 'Eavy Very 'Umble (1970) to The Magician's Birthday (1972) plus Uriah Heep Live album (1973) in October. The studio albums from Sweet Freedom (1973) to Head First (1983) will be released in November.
These will also be the first Heep releases by BMG who acquired the rights to the whole Sanctuary back catalogue in 2013 from Universal Music who had had the rights since 2007.
