Recorded before the untimely passing of DISFEAR's highly influential vocalist, Tomas Lindberg, and powerhouse drummer, Marcus Andersson, The Last Nail is the ultimate exclamation point for one of the most iconic groups in the genre. A fitting addition to Lindberg and Andersson's legacy, the album pays tribute to those who came before and those who will follow. DISFEAR continues to evolve with every turn of the wheel. Despite their illnesses, Lindberg, Andersson and the rest of DISFEAR insisted that The Last Nail be released urgently as a defiant triumph.
