Introduction by Jeff Waters: We are working on the third AmeriKan Kaos record, which is very exciting! I once again had the pleasure of working with Stu Block on this record. He also worked on the previous one, All That Jive, which remains my favourite of the three. But here we are with the final instalment of The Trilogy, which is tied with the first one, ‘Armageddon Boogie’, for second best AK record. I hope you enjoy it. It has a slightly different sound, and as I've said before, I wanted to experiment with different instruments and styles. Formed in 1978 in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Venom blazed a trail for a raw hybrid of punk and metal, wrapped in an overtly Satanic image that is now credited with starting the Black Metal genre, as well as being an influence on the thrash and speed metal scenes.
