Panic Room was formed following the break-up of UK rock group, Karnataka, and features four members of the original award winning line-up. The band's music ranges from intimate acoustic songs to full-on multi-layered symphonic progressive rock, while retaining a contemporary edge. Anticipation for the bands debut album is high and the bands myspace page and website have proved to be a popular stopping off places for fans both old and new.

The debut album includes the tracks Elektra City, End Game (Speed of Life), Firefly, Moon On The Water and the extended The Dreaming. Visionary Position is an incredibly strong debut from a band that will no doubt build on the groundwork laid down by some of the members work with Karnataka. Panic Room however have an identity of their own away from any comparisons.
