First released in 1996, Dusk... and Her Embrace is a timeless classic, leaving an indelible mark on both the sonic and cultural landscapes. The band's first major release after signing to Music For Nations, the album sparked a paradigm shift in the black, gothic and symphonic metal scenes. The band shed the rawness of their early material and became increasingly comfortable with their newfound mastery of the macabre.

Now celebrating its 30^(th) anniversary, tracks including “Heaven Torn Asunder”, “Funeral in Carpathia”, “A Gothic Romance” and the epic title track remain cornerstones of the band’s live setlist to this day and are firm fan favourites. To mark this milestone, Music For Nations is proud to reissue this immensely cherished, revered and celebrated masterpiece in a range of deluxe formats.
