For Udo Dirkschneider and U.D.O., 2027 is all about a triple anniversary: Udo turns 75, U.D.O. celebrates 40 years as a band, and with *Voodoo Ranger*, the German heavy metal institution releases its 20th studio album.

The album will be accompanied by the grand 2027 Triple Anniversary Tour across Europe, as well as the release of Udo Dirkschneider’s official autobiography, which comes out that same month. *Voodoo Ranger* showcases U.D.O. as unmistakable as ever—while also remaining open to surprises.

Powerful riffs, big hooks, and Udo Dirkschneider’s unique voice meet harder and darker moments, as well as two special ballads: The first single, “I’ll Die Trying,” showcases the emotional side of Udo’s unmistakable voice, while Peter Baltes takes over the vocals on the closing track, “Moving On.” In between, the second single, “The Sky Is The Limit,” brings back the full force of heavy metal.
