After twelve years of searching, Endseeker have finally found the end. The fiery Coffin Born EP will be our last glimpse of the German death metal hellraisers before their premature retirement. This unaltered original line-up will cap their career with an incendiary five-track release.

Since their 2015 debut EP, Corrosive Revelation, each release has elevated the Hamburg quintet further up the death metal mountain, with Mount Carcass and Global Worming receiving widespread acclaim. Their fondness for novelty cheese reappears here in the form of a glorious David Hasselhoff cover with Lord of the Lost.

This coruscating valediction opens with the blistering “Enemies of Peace”, which the band claims is “technically the fastest song we’ve ever made”, alongside “No After. No Before”, and the macabre title track alongside “Life Breeds Death”. Produced by the band and engineered by Eike Freese, Coffin Born is their farewell album, shaped by the intense bond of a lineup that remained together throughout their career.
