Reverend was an American thrash / power metal band from Seattle, Washington. Formed in early 1989 when vocalist David Wayne left Metal Church. Most of the earliest band members were recruited from a Los Angeles power metal act Heretic (and Heretic's vocalist Mike Howe joined Metal Church). Led by vocalist David Wayne, REVEREND released two ep and two full lengths album during 1989 – 1991. The line up broke up and Wayne continued with new members and recorded several songs during 1993 which have never had been released before. Remastered and restored by Achilleas Κalantzis  at Suncord Audiolab, Winter 2025 (Vio Lence, Grave Digger, Possessed). Extensive liner notes interview by Pim Blankenstein (Sinister, Toxik, Gravedigger) with guitarist Bill Rhynes (Reptalien, ex Mentors (live)).
