Reissue of Nick Cave's classic album. This vinyl reissue was overseen by Bad Seeds member Mick Harvey! "Let Love In" is considered by many critics to be the quintessential Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds album. After this LPm, several processes of change began - from the departure of some members of The Bad Seeds to the stunning success of the following album "Murder Ballads". "Loverman" and "Red Right Hand" are definitely some of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds' best songs ever. Their hypnotic construction, dark lyrics, musical textures (Blixy Bargeld's guitar is a key element here), clever arrangements - all come together perfectly. Vinyl editions of Nick were long unavailable and traded as rarities. In October, the film "20,000 Days on Earth" was released, which is, in its own way (tongue in cheek, that is), a documentary about the life and work of Nick Cave.
