Tuomas Saukkonen, Finland's most prolific musician in the field of Nordic metal, follows the motto "To create, one must destroy." Over the past 20 years, he has started and dissolved numerous projects that have shaped the Finnish metal scene. In 2023, he brought Before The Dawn back from an eleven-year hiatus with the album Stormbringers, which was celebrated as a musical comeback. Now, the successor is already on the horizon, a work marked by strong band chemistry and musical brilliance.

On the new album, Saukkonen unites the band in its best lineup, creating a hard-hitting work that shines with aggressive yet melodic sounds. The album captures the energy and atmosphere of the band's live performances and blends it with the deep, mystical beauty of Finland's nature. Saukkonen, also known as a solo artist with projects like Wolfheart and Dawn Of Solace, has released several albums since 2022 and continues to be driven by passion and creative energy.

Despite his intense workload, Saukkonen emphasizes that he also has more time for hobbies like fishing. The new album not only showcases his ongoing passion for music but also an immense energy reflected in both the lyrics and the music. Saukkonen remains a dedicated musician, still focused on creating new music after more than 20 years in the scene.
