Herman Rarebell, drum icon as long time drummer during the peak years of Germany’s hard rock vets Scorpions, wrote a book on some of the most intense years in his career. The autobiographical book “What About Love” for now is available in German language only, yet planned to be made available in other languages, too, down the road. Almost at the same time, Rarebell gathered some of his musician friends to record an album – as Herman Rarebell & Friends . And for what became a hit-compilation under the sub-theme “A tribute to the music of the 80s!”.

The track list compiles oh so many tracks covering one major subject of that very decade: Love. And: everything was possible. Consequently the album is called “What About Love?”.
