With this line-up being together for 3 years now, SINISTER has managed to grow musically, in composing/arranging and in writing lyrics. “The Post Apocalyptic Servant” is a concept album and SINISTER came up with 10 unprecedented brutal, heavy and very modern sounding master pieces of death metal. All written without ever forgetting their old-school roots and all excellently produced by Jorg Uken from the Soundlodge Studio.

The very structured songwriting, the old school feel with modern sound, the straight brutality and heaviness, the ever-continuous battering and the massive production are unequalled and mark the biggest differences with other Death Metal albums.

CONCEPT “The Post-Apocalyptic Servant”:

The song’s lyrics on “The Post-Apocalyptic Servant” tell their individual story, all from the perspective of the individual or point of view concerned, but all lyrics deal about a future after the apocalypse.

The world, millions of years from now, where ghosts, portraying Evil, rule the world. A savage world where people have been deteriorated into mutant slaves.

The ghosts use and play with these mutants to satisfy their pleasure and amusement. This causes the mutants endless amounts of pain and despair. In their hope to escape this terrible way of life, they fight, kill, pillage and plunder their way forward.

The only way out is death, but the ghosts are not letting happen that without any reason.

Above and besides this all the Servant watches, judges and rules all evil and misery. He indoctrinates the ghosts and lets the mutant slaves suffer in their existence.
