This young Finnish band offer a fresh, invigorating, modern progressive approach to their brand of metal, recalling the darkness of Fates Warning's 'A Pleasant Shade of Gray' era, as well as touching upon elements of bands as varied as Alice In Chains, Symphony X, Faith No More and Tool. Mixed by the legendary Dan Swano, who said of this album "it's one of the best albums I have mixed, ever," 'The Treachery of Senses' is a must for all fans of forward-thinking modern prog metal.
