- The brilliant and haunting debut of these German Melodic Death hopefuls! DECEMBER FLOWER were found out of the ashes of CHRONICLES OF TYRANTS. The members played or still play also in bands such as RESURRECTED, IN COLD ETERNITY, SYMBIONTIC, THROUGH THE ASHES or DEVIATED PRESENCE. The band recorded, produced and mixed the album completely on their own in their rehearsal room…Killer!!! - The cool and atmospheric coverartwork was done by Marc Niederhagemann, a good friend of the band and besides that mainman of German underground cult deathers LIFELESS.This Melodic Death treasure breathes the spirit and soul of the big moments on such classic masterpieces like „Ancient God Of Evil“, „Spiteful Intents“ or „A Bloodred Path“…ALL fans will love ‘When All Life Ends…“!!! - For fans of: UNANIMATED, DISMEMBER, CARDINAL SIN, GATES OF ISHTAR or old DARK TRANQUILLITY [!]
Rising from the ashes of CHRONICLES OF TYRANTS Germany-based DECEMBER FLOWER have gathered in unholy congregation to teach the doctrine of old school melodic blackened death metal in the vein of UNANIMATED, DISMEMBER, CARDINAL SIN, GATES OF ISHTAR or old DARK TRANQUILLITY, delivering a fierce and relentless assault of uncompromising death metal ferocity with their debut album “When All Life Ends …”. This album is meant for all of you worshippers of the ancient lore of real melodic death metal as it was manifested by albums such as “Ancient God Of Evil” or “A Bloodred Path”. A refreshing anachronism in today’s scene full of dull and lame wannabe-occult Death Metal of utter mediocrity and total soullessness.
“When All Life Ends …” will be released on the 2nd of December on CD by Cyclone Empire and on vinyl by Imperium Productions.
