Every single track on this album is a masterpiece, adorned with virtually infinite surprises and loads of elements from classical and oriental music. All in all, it’s a melodic rock album, which will please Beethoven-, Mozart- and Wagnerfans as it will thrill Deep Purple- Rainbow- and Whitesnake-fans. Guitar-virtuosity lies in Jьrgen R. Blackmore’s blood and he scores with very exciting songwriting. His renditions are reminiscent of those of his Father Ritchie, but also those of Uli J. Roth and Steve Morse - all that without sacrificing his own style of playing. He is simply brilliant. It’s quite a challenge to point out individual highlights, since every song in itself is a musical highlight.
