The follow up to "Seven times eternity" shows the band PERTNESS stronger than ever if this is possible after the outstanding Debut album. "From the beginning to the end" again includes the typical trademarks PERTNESS established on their first album. This means great hooks (Listen to "From the beginning" or "Invissible chains" or "Foggy dew") and enormous power (all songs). So the range is wide between elements of STRATOVARIUS (old albums), MANOWAR and even PARADISE LOST. The sound is perfect "swiss quality" and a must for a band like this. So if you are into hard and powerful Metal with very catchy hooklines you will love PERTNESS second strike.

A very funny idea by the way: "From the beginnng..." has a very similar artwork to the first album with the difference that the ideal landscape from "Seven times eternity" now is replaced with a destroyed town (in the same mountains). In fact all fits perfectly together, so we will excuse the one one and only weak song "Walk alone". The other 10 Songs is Heavy Metal as Heavy Metal must be.
